30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked. This applies to first-time purchases of any Pro or Family plan, monthly or yearly.
14-day statutory right of withdrawal
In addition to our 30-day guarantee, buyers have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 14 days of purchase under Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. This right applies regardless of reason. Our 30-day guarantee extends this window further at our discretion.
Paddle may also refund an order without asking for consent in order to prevent an imminent chargeback where the card issuer has issued an explicit warning. See Paddle's Buyer Terms for details.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Paddle. You have two options:
- Visit paddle.net and sign in with the email you used at checkout. From there you can view your invoices and start a refund request in a few clicks.
- Email us at nebotaismaelowamba@gmail.com from the address on your Paddle receipt. Include your order or receipt number and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.
How long refunds take
Once approved, Paddle issues the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually appears within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
Beyond the 30-day window
After 30 days we generally do not offer refunds for the current billing period, but if you believe your situation is exceptional (e.g. billed in error, duplicate charge, service unavailable) please contact us or Paddle directly and we will review it in good faith.
